Employee Spotlight gives the people behind the work a place on the homepage. Each spotlight has a headline, a short story and a category such as Employee of the month, Promotion, Team win or Long service. Show them as a carousel that readers can pause and step through, or as a row of cards. Schedule a spotlight to appear on a date and drop off when it expires, so the page stays fresh without anyone remembering to tidy it. Everything lives in a list you own.
