Service Status
A status page for your internal systems: what's working, what isn't, what's being fixed and when it was last updated.
Service Status cuts the "is it just me?" tickets. Every system people rely on, from email to payroll, shows as Operational, Degraded, Partial outage, Major outage or Maintenance, always in words as well as colour. A banner at the top sums it up, the services with problems rise to the top with a note on what's happening, and each one says when it was last updated. The IT team changes a status in two clicks from the page itself, and it's all kept in a list you own.
