The Audit & Compliance Hub is a whole audit management application that installs as one web part on a SharePoint page or a Teams tab. It has its own navigation, and what it shows depends on who is looking. The audit team plans the year, publishes audits and reviews evidence beside each control. Auditees see their own items, upload evidence and answer questions. Control owners approve before anything reaches the auditor. Findings become observations with a root cause and corrective actions, followed to closure. Management sees compliance by department and framework and a risk heat map. Every screen reads the same SharePoint lists, so what one person does shows up for everyone else straight away.

What it needs in your tenant
- 7 SharePoint lists on the site it runs on:
AuditSettings,AuditDepartments,Audits,AuditItems,AuditItemHistory,Observations,ObservationActions. Onboarding creates them, and the hub-wide rules live inAuditSettings. - A Microsoft Graph permission:
User.Read.All, approved once by a tenant admin, so overdue items can escalate up each person's reporting line.
