People Directory is a fast, searchable staff directory: type a name or job title, narrow by department, and open any card to see who they report to and who reports to them. It reads people from Microsoft Entra ID through the Graph, so it stays current without anyone maintaining a list. Needs one admin-approved permission, User.Read.All.
