Form Builder
Build request forms on the page without code, collect responses in a list, track each one and export to CSV.
Form Builder replaces the InfoPath forms that stopped working when Microsoft retired InfoPath Forms Services, and the spreadsheets that came before them. Site owners design a form right on the page: text, long answers, numbers, dates, choices, yes or no and email fields, each one required or optional, in any order. People fill it in where they already work and get a reference number straight away. Owners see every response in a table, move each one from New to In progress to Done, and download the lot as a CSV. Forms and responses are stored in lists in your own tenant, so nothing leaves Microsoft 365.
