News Ticker
Scrolling headline ticker from an announcements list.
News Ticker keeps the latest announcements in view: headlines scroll across the page or rotate one at a time, pinned items first, newest next. It reads a plain list, so anyone who can add an item can publish a headline. Motion respects the visitor's reduced-motion setting, and hovering pauses it.
