Policy Acknowledgement publishes policies to a page and records who has read and acknowledged each one. When a policy is updated to a new version, everyone is asked to acknowledge again. Owners get a live compliance report showing who is still outstanding, with a one-click reminder email. Policies and acknowledgements live in two lists in your own site, giving you an audit trail you control.
